Eileen offers full service catering in a marvelous rooftop dining/party space with a 360-degree view over palm trees, mountains and sea; her 25 years of experience makes celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, or catering to
your yoga retreat or family reunion, a breeze.

Or, if you prefer, Eileen will bring the fiesta to you. Entertain guests in your own paradise; with or without staff, the choice is yours.

Less formally, platters of sandwiches and salads are available for lunches and casual, beach-style meals.  And don’t forget cookies, brownies and lemon bars for any time.  Everything is homemade in Eileen’s kitchen with the finest possible ingredients.

Have some friends over and enjoy a meal brought to you, attractively arranged and ready to present to your guests, or come up to my place and enjoy the ambience of a different setting. Here are a few ideas, though you'renot limited to this.

Salads and Dips (served with garlic toasts) arranged in bowls

Oriental Chicken – chicken breast, almonds, scallions,and julienne of carrots with ramen noodles and an intriguing dressing of sesame oil and rice wine vinegar

Thai Beef – cucumber, onion and mint

Potato Salad – red onion, basil, parsley and mayonnaise

Baba Ganoush – smoky, roasted eggplant with sesame tahini, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil

Smoked Marlin Pate - horseradish and cream cheese

Mustard Chicken Morsels - sesame seeds and fresh bread crumbs
