A New Offering
I will be offering dinner parties on my breezy dining patio for from 6 to 8 people with a tasting menu of tempting small plates from my restaurant and travel experiences.
Your group can choose 4 dishes plus dessert for 500 pesos per person. I will provide Jamaica to drink and you may bring your own bottles of beer or wine. Dinner begins at 7 pm. I’ll need a minimum of three days notice before your scheduled dinner.

- Risotto al Salto: Crunchy Rice Cakes with a Light Cheese Sauce
- Coconut Chicken with Herbed Basmati
- Arancini: Risotto Spheres Filled w/ Spinach & Cheese
- Apple/Raspberry Crumble in a Jar
- Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
